Whaaat?

When I met this man many years ago, he said he did one thing great. Uhh...he said "I make the BEST lasagna!" Right...

I asked him to prove it.

And he was right!

Now, I'm going to preface this by saying that I was never a big fan of lasagna. The cheese combo mixture and the sauce were just a bit much for me. Not sure what it was about it that I didn't care for, but I must say I LOVE KC's VERSION!!

He tends only to use two kinds of cheese and a very simple meat and spaghetti-style sauce. He has refined it over the years, recently making it with tomato sauce (not stewed), tomato paste, garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Also, a simple spice mixture of basil and oregano.
